About Me...
CPD and support for teaching and administration staff.
A graduate of the University of London with 33 years
experience of teaching at secondary level, nineteen of those as a
Deputy Headteacher.
Originally trained as a mathematician I have used IT in schools since
the pioneering days and set up the first school computer network in
Staffordshire.
I have taught Mathematics and ICT at all levels and have also taught
Art for 12 years, making successful use of ICT in a variety of
projects.
With wide experience of running LEA, group and whole school INSET I am
now concentrating on developing training and practical resources for
teachers.
An exciting development is in the use of Webex to facilitate
training via Video Conference, this is very cost effective and require
no special equipment at your site. See the link to the left.
I believe that building the confidence and competence of colleagues
through practical support is the key to effective teaching and use of
ICT throughout the school.

sites and commercial database applications.
